Overview
Symlex Technologies is committed to protecting user privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do not collect, and how information is used, stored, and protected across our websites and products.
Consistent with the Symlex VPN policy model, our privacy approach is based on collecting only the minimum information necessary to operate services, handle support, manage subscriptions, and improve reliability.
Information We Collect
We may collect information in three broad categories:
- Account information such as name, email address, and payment-related details.
- Limited service usage summaries needed for support, stability, and quality.
- Optional anonymous diagnostics or crash data when users choose to share them.
What We Do Not Log for VPN Services
Following the published Symlex VPN policy, VPN services are described as not logging browsing history, traffic destination, data content, DNS queries, source IP addresses, assigned VPN IP addresses, connection timestamps, or session duration.
The goal of that model is to avoid storing sensitive activity records that could reveal how a user used the service.
How Account Information Is Used
Account and contact information may be used to:
- create and maintain subscriptions or user accounts,
- process payments and send transaction-related messages,
- deliver password resets or account notices,
- respond to support requests and service inquiries,
- send updates, announcements, or marketing messages with opt-out options.
Limited Usage Statistics
As described in the Symlex VPN privacy policy, minimal operational data may be collected to support troubleshooting and maintain service quality. This can include app version information, whether a connection was established on a given day, selected VPN location, country or ISP-level context, and aggregate transferred data volume.
These summaries are intended for service maintenance and are not meant to identify a user’s specific online activity.
Diagnostics, Support, and Communication Records
If a user opts in, anonymous diagnostics and crash reports may be collected to improve stability and network performance. We may also retain records of email, chat, contact form submissions, complaints, compliments, and support correspondence so our team can respond effectively.
Security and Third Parties
We use administrative, technical, and procedural safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. Some payments, email delivery, analytics, or support tools may involve third-party service providers, each governed by their own policies.
Policy Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our sites or services after updates become effective means the revised policy applies. Replace this section with your official Symlex Technologies legal contact details before launch.
